Through one-on-one mentoring and group sessions, youth learn practical tools to handle everyday challenges, make positive choices, and develop the confidence needed to pursue their dreams.
I create safe spaces where young people can openly discuss mental health challenges without stigma or judgment.
Provide peer counseling, mental health awareness education, and coping strategies for managing stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Help my mentees understand that seeking help is a sign of strength and connect them with resources and support systems that promote healing and resilience.
I prepare youth for successful futures through career exploration, educational support, financial literacy, and access to opportunities.
Guide them in discovering their strengths and passions, setting meaningful goals, and developing the skills needed for employment or higher education.
Connect them with internships, job training programs, and community resources that open doors to pathways they may not have known existed.
